I wanted to use one of the awesome free cut files this month. I chose the one with the lovely snowflakes on it.

I used my Silhouette Cameo and cut out all of the snowflakes on American Crafts White textured cardstock. I decided to use the cut outs as well as the negative space. They were both so pretty. I ripped up the page diagonally and added another White Cardstock behind it. I used pieces of the White Lace Paper Doilies where the edges met.

 I added a blue piece of Patterned Paper, which I think may have been from an old MME paper pad and placed it behind the open snow flakes. I used the Shimmerz Oh say Can U Sea Coloringz and colored some of the snowflakes with a brush.I added the same blue patterned paper to the centers.

I did some simple layers behind my photo and added strips of a fuchsia Heidi Swapp Patterned Paper to the right and bottom of the layout.

I then used the beautiful new Amore Sequin mix and added them to the snowflakes. I added a simple tittle using American Crafts Elm Thickers and a few  simple embellishments from my stash.

This was fun to create. I love the snowflake cut file.
